A hydrostatic weighing was performed to determine the metal's specific gravity; the result — 10.48 g/cm³ — is consistent with silver of approximately 995 fineness. 

Very rare in silver. 

Obv.: A farmer plowing a field with a horse-drawn plow under radiant sunrays; in the foreground, abundant harvest – pumpkins, wheat, corn, grapes, apples, flowers, and other crops – symbolizing agricultural prosperity.

This large silver medal was awarded by the Ministry of Agriculture of Latvia during the interwar period for outstanding contributions to agricultural work.
