Obv.: Emperor Alexander, depicted as Rodomysl, is shown wearing a Slavic helmet and chainmail, holding a spear in his right hand and carrying a shield in his left. The shield features the Russian state coat of arms surrounded by a laurel wreath. Along the edge of the shield, the Battle of Leipzig is illustrated: on the right, a woman sits elevated, leaning her left hand on a shield, with the inscription "1813 Лейпциг" at her base. Around her, three male figures are shown running, pursued by a horseman; another horseman tramples a soldier kneeling on his right knee. Further, a warrior in a helmet strikes down a fallen enemy with a sword. On the left, three warriors engage three adversaries, with the outermost archer firing an arrow. Dead bodies lie at the feet of the enemies. Below, the signature: Р . А . КЛЕ : (Engraved by A. Klepikov);

Rev.: A woman symbolizing Russia is seated on an elevated pedestal adorned with bas-reliefs. She leans her left hand on an oval shield featuring a double-headed eagle and extends swords with her right hand to three figures symbolizing different societal groups: a Slavic warrior representing the Russian nobility, an elder representing merchants and various social classes, and a youth representing rural Russia.
