Guarantee
- Coins.ee OÜ gives a lifetime authenticity guarantee for all sold coins, medals and paper money (except for items certified by PCGS, NGC, PMG, ANACS, RNGA, HHP and items that have the opposite in the description).
- Items certified by PCGS, NGC, PMG, ANACS, RNGA and HHP are subject to their companies warranty terms. "NGC Ancients" is an exception and Coins.ee OÜ guarantees the authenticity of these coins.
- Coins.ee OÜ doesn't guarantee the authenticity of items, the description or title of which indicates that the item is a copy, fake, or if the item is sold without a guarantee and the possibility of return.
- Coins.ee OÜ guarantee doesn't apply to items that have been cleaned, restored, chemically treated, scratched, etc. after being purchased at auction. Also, items whose packaging is broken, opened, damaged, glued, scratched, etc. are not eligible for return.
- All claims related to the auction description, grading description and other defects (excluding authenticity) must be resolved within 14 days after receiving the items. Late claims will not be accepted.
- Items certified by PCGS, NGC, PMG, ANACS, RNGA and HHP are sold as-is, with no return option.
- Coins.ee OÜ does not guarantee the compliance of the descriptions and grade with the opinion and grade of third parties services (PCGS, NGC, PMG, ANACS, RNGA and HHP as well).
- All questions related to the guarantee may be resolved only on the invoice basis.
