Awarded under Article 145, Point 4 of the Statute of the Order of St. George. Also awarded the St. George's Cross 4th Class №409162 (Lot 2175 of the current auction) and the St. George Medal ""For Bravery"" 3th Class, No. 79279. (Lot 2180 of the current auction).

За отличие, оказанное в бою против неприятеля, с 17 по 21 октября 1914-го года у р. Сан. Ст. 145 п. 4 Георгиевского Статута.
