Rev.: Inscription in Russian: 'ЗА УСЕРДИЕ' (For Zeal/Diligence), with the coat of arms of the city below. Circular inscription:

ОТ ВАЛКСКАГО ДОБРОВОЛЬНАГО ПОЖАРНАГО ОБЩЕСТВA. (From the Valka Voluntary Firefighting Society).
