A laurel branch adorns the right perimeter, while a two-line inscription is positioned on the left. "ПАМЯТЬ ПЯTИДЕСЯТИЛѢTIЯ РУССК . ОБ-BA | ПАРОХОД . И ТОРГОВЛИ 21 МАЯ".
Rev.: In the center, within a wreath of oak branches placed on two crossed tricolor flags, the number "L" is depicted in radiance. Above, the Russian State emblem is positioned between the dates 1857-1907, while below, a two-masted steamship is shown sailing on the sea.
